totally awesome stay!

smooth process secure parking convenient keurig great options

the check-in process was super smooth! underground parking was great (i felt so secure!). i loved the microwave and keurig in the room, so convenient. breakfast each morning was a great way to start the day, with lots of options.

The room was a little too warm, even with the window open. Maybe the thermostat needs adjusting.

The hotel has easy access to town restaurants and shops. I liked the short walk. the hotel also offers convenient access to many attractions outside of the city. i enjoyed the central location.

The staff was cute. They gave quick responses to questions. the front desk staff was always available. i liked how they kept the lobby clean, too. i appreciate the great service!

The hotel features a pool and hot tub open to guests. I spent a good time there. a gym with cardio machines is available. That's very helpful. a coffee machine is available in the lobby 24 hours a day.

the room included a king bed, a tv, and a seating area. i thought the room was clean. the shower had good water pressure, too. that's a plus!

the complimentary breakfast includes pancakes, sausages, and fresh fruit. i also noticed a good selection of pastries. the coffee was very good (especially the dark roast!). i would definitely recommend this place.

the mountain view from my balcony was acceptable.

the room smelled strongly. the woman at reception did not smile at all. the underground parking was under repair, but the reception staff did not inform me.

The hotel suite looked recently updated. The room had a very tall ceiling and modern decor. The breakfast included various options that changed slightly each day. Staff members provided friendly service.

The ice machine was located on the third floor, inconvenient. I stayed on the first floor. The distance felt far.

clean room takeaway option 24 7 coffee

i stayed in a queen room non-smoking and it was clean , i especially liked that the room was serviced daily. the breakfast was included and had takeaway options available , so convenient. the hotel provided tea , coffee , and hot chocolate all day and night , a super nice touch.
